Regret need not be necessary for Oli Johns, aka Network. His inspired production behind "Immediate Regret" is actually an immediate sense of gratitude.
It's an entirely modern piece with undertones of a cyber renaissance. Network has fashioned a sound very much telling of his UK roots, where the color grey selfishly hides blue skies and rainbows. But then, aren't they all the more glorious when they appear?
"Immediate Regret" implies that there is a goal waiting to be reached, and while regret may be part of the process, it acts as the fire that keeps us moving forward.
In light of all that, maybe you're goal today can simply be to download Oli's track and enjoy!
