Why do we like this?

Petite League is at it with a brand new album called Rattler due out on July 26th and their very own label called Zap World Records, and they are kicking off the party with their latest single, "NEW YORK GIRLS."

This new track continues to see front-man, Lorenzo Gillis Cook, grow in confidence, especially with some of his best lyrics to date. With lines like, "I had an open casket funeral because I'm such a pretty boy," I can't help but smile while I'm listening.

Throw in some brash distorted guitars with some oooohhhs and you've got a track making me feel like I'm somewhere in between Japandroids and the Beach Boys, and that is seeming like a perfect place to be as we kick off summer.
