"All You Need" is the brilliant tune from new Aussie electronic duo Pines. Appearing on SoundCloud out of the blue with little fanfare, the track has been getting rave reviews. The success has helped the band get added to next years Sea N Beats lineup, Australia's first cruise ship festival.
The tune itself has an experimental feel to it, falling somewhere between the wonky electronica of Flume and the energetic production of ODESZA. It's definitely got that hazy, 1am club feel -- it's something I could find myself jamming to in the early hours of the morning.
While there isn't much information known about Pines members Adam Dormand and James Kenneally, what you can deduce from listening to "All You Need" is that these guys are onto something pretty special.
