Last week, we shared Bebe Rexha's hit single "I'm Gonna Show You Crazy," and now she's back with a five track EP. We're excited to publish an exclusive interview with her below!

Okay, so let’s start this off with a serious question: ice cream or fro-yo, and can you give us an in depth description of how you get down with it?
Froyo! My favorite flavors are birthday cake, salted caramel, and tart. My toppings are blackberries, yogurt chips, Mochi, almonds and I like to throw the big Reese's peanut butter cup in there.

Sweet, now that we’ve broken the ice, can you tell us what influenced you to get into songwriting?
Artists that I grew up on inspired me to start writing songs. Particularly, Lauryn Hill. She's my all time favorite.

We did a lil’ background check, and noticed you have quite the resumé. Credit writing on hit tracks from Eminem & Rihanna’s “The Monster,” Guetta's "Hey Mama," and Tinashe's "All Hands On Deck." How has your life been impacted through your work with the aforementioned?
It's definitely given me more credibility in a business that's so hard to stand out in. And most importantly, I feel more respected by my peers in the music industry. I'm not just the girl in the room anymore, but a voice that needs to be heard. I've also made a lot of friends along the way through those experiences.

I imagine working with Eminem, you learned a lot about his mom’s spaghetti, do you have any other spicy info you could tell us about, from that experience?
Honestly I haven't met him yet. I wrote the song originally for my album and it found its way to him. If I ever meet him though I'll ask him about his moms spaghetti!

Let’s do a little time-traveling, where were you five years ago, and where do you see yourself in five years?
Five years ago I was on the road with my band Black Cards. I think we had just gotten off the Travie McCoy tour. We were opening up for him every night.

In five years I see myself traveling the world and still making music. Meeting a lot of people.

What are your top five tracks you’ve been listening to, and can you tell us in one sentence why you love them?
1.) "Begin Again" - Purity Ring
I love the feel and vibe of this song.

2.) "No Words" - Erik Hassle
Great production and what he is saying, the groove is cool.

3.) "Walking Away" - Craig David
I love the message of the song and of course his voice!

4.) "Video Girl" - FKA twigs
It's very unique and different.

5.) "Jealous" - Labyrinth
I absolutely love the lyrics and emotion in this song.
