Emo is one of those terms that has shifted, evolved, and come to many a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Ask a thirteen year old kid and they might tell you something about eyeliner and long hair, ask someone in their thirties and they might tell you about how excited they are to go see Mineral on tour.
Nowadays, it seems like there is a plethora of Emo tinged music, but this go round there's a beautiful marriage of electronics and lo-fi production techniques with producers taking guitar riffs and placing them over unsyncopated high-hats.
Regardless of where you stand in Emo timeline, emo will always be short for emotional, and tonight's Sunday Night Chill looks to bring you the emotional feels with some of these emo inspired tracks.
