It goes without saying that Brian Eno helped pave the way not only for much of today's Ambient music, but for electronic music as a whole. He showed the world that synthesizers were more than just computer algorithms and that electronic music had a soul.
Over the span of his career, it's amazing to see all of his accomplishments. The list of artists he's worked with is a who's who of musical visionaries; he revolutionized how music is recorded, he invented practices still used today, and he continues to share his wealth of knowledge with up-and-coming producers.
So for tonight's Sunday Night Chill I invite you to spend a little time with the man, the myth, the chill Godfather, Brian Eno.
