This week I came across an article written by NBA star Kevin Love about depression. It was really cool seeing someone like a professional athlete opening up their own mental health instead of hiding behind whatever mask it is that so many of us wear.
It's so easy to look at others and think that they have it all together while you feel like you're falling apart on the inside. The truth of the matter is that we all have issues, and we all have something going on. The sooner we can all be real with each other, the sooner we can make this world a better place by lifting each other up.
Let tonight's tracks be a reflection for you on what you've got going on in your life, and remember...you are not alone.
