Rae Sremmurd have done the unthinkable and released a three disk album. While most people struggle to get through listening to an entire album, the Mississippi brothers have gone all guns blazing with this releases and are obviously hoping to break some streaming records with SR3MM.
Featuring solo albums from both Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi and a Rae Sremmurd record, there's lots to digest. One of the highlights from the three albums for me is Slim Jxmmi's "Anti-Social Smokers Club" featuring Zoe Kravitz. Although short in length it's a great snapshot of Slim Jxmmi's rapping ability combing Rae Sremmurd's trap sounds with the enigmatic vocal stylings of Zoe Kravitz.
This week's playlist also includes some excellent new tracks from the likes of Travi$ Scott, Royce Da 5'9", Playboi Carti, Future, Dave East and more.
