You want to know what one of the coolest things about Canadian duo Purity Ring? Their contact email address is purityringsex@gmail.com. Take that, abstinence!

Nonsense aside, Purity Ring is teaming up with Braids for a split 7" through Fat Possum. Braids new track, "Peach Wedding" has yet to be released, but I expect it'll surface soon.

The track they're featuring for Purity Ring is "Belispeak," a synthpop song that reminds me instantly of Crystal Castles. Except not as jarring.

The 7" will be sold directly through the bands, who will both be touring the North America this Fall.
