Why do we like this?

Anyone who knows me knows I'm a sucker for some sultry R&B, and there is something to be said when a song is so sexy it goes onto your "baby-making" playlist within the first 20 seconds of listening.

Canadian singer, songwriter, and producer Raahiem is definitely doing something right with his second ever single "Dive," and I am an immediate fan.

With a sound unmistakably reminiscent of nostalgic R&B, the 19-year-old artist adds a distinct modern take on the genre as we've heard championed by the likes of Majid Jordan, The Weeknd, etc.

The slow-paced, sultry track is self-produced, alongside prolific young producer Chef Byer. His debut FOTU (Fear of the Unknown) is set for release later this year, so keep an eye out for that on Facebook and SoundCloud.
