Why do we like this?
What does a young freshman studying business and marketing at Western Michigan University do with his thumb-twiddling time? He works on his rhymes, his flow, and most importantly his delivery! This is 2011, and it is too easy to admire the ambition of today's generation. Raw has managed to put together a cohesive EP of five tracks that play in perfect solidarity with the assistance of producer-in-crime DATheGlenn.
Raw might draw comparisons to Curren$y -- sure, the subject matter/extracurricular activity might mirror each other -- but his music is extremely underground, and like the deepest gold mine in the world, it needs to be found. The EP finishes in just under 15 minutes -- how is that for tracking something valuable so quickly?
