It never fails -- the best music usually comes through a friend. From their outsider perspective, they probably have you pegged, at least that side of you that likes to get down to some quality deep house.
So thanks to the friend who tuned me into Roland Ting's "Who U Love," because I most definitely love it.
Not unlike the grooves that come from Leigh D Oliver or Detroit Swindle, Tings also draws a great amount of influence from Chicago house. He does well to keep the production modern with a little swing and a whole lot of jacking bounce.
