Why do we like this?

When we posted about Sable in March, we also mentioned a potential collaboration with fellow Australian bass producer Basenji.

Now we welcome Basenji, the coolest new member signed to the Future Classic roster, and yet another young Sydney producer to join the team alongside artists like Flume, What So Not, Panama, and Chet Faker.

While most of Basenji's music is original productions, he's released his first remix in time for the announcement of his label signing.

It's an upbeat track that has the music industry murmuring. What are they teaching young Australian males in the school curriculum? Whatever it is, Future Classic is feeding off it and the outcome seems to suit everyone.
