Why do we like this?

It's been a long time in between drinks, but New York duo Salt Cathedral have returned to the forefront of my musical appetite. Their newest single "No Ordinary Man" is a timely reminder of the evocation that stems from Juliana's vocal isolation.

In what can only be described as an electronic ballad, Salt Cathedral manage to transpire so much emotional triumph with so little words. It's an arrangement that is so breathtakingly beautiful with it's subtle piano tones and I can't help but be moved the fragility of the entire production.
