Tasty beat with some bouncy electronic bass and soulful lyrics. Yep, it's some 90s revival R&B, and why not? With plenty of electronic artists using old R&B samples and bands like Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. collaborating with the likes of Slim from 112, R&B is back to making people want to dance.
British singer/songwriter Sasha Keable is looking to get into the action with a forthcoming EP release and her single "Living Without You." The track definitely finds the world of synth pop and R&B colliding as Keable's voice glides over an electronic homage to the 90s R&B that I grew up knowing and loving. There's even a sexy saxophone solo taking the track out. What more could we ask for?
Sasha Keable's debut EP Lemongrass and Lime Leaves is due out on May 12.
