Why do we like this?

Session Victim's second album, See You When You Get There, has quietly gone about being one of the best of 2014. The album showcases their evolution, incorporating funk, disco, and soul into the house/techno sound they had been peddling on previous releases.

Despite the familiarity of the ingredients, Session Victim's triumph is in finding a sound that's truly their own. One standout track is "Stick Together," which combines a funky bassline with cinematic guitar licks to create a joyous track.
