Why do we like this?

Slaptop's "Sunrise" popped up on my radar a couple months back while working on the premiere of his latest track "Away." Somehow it passed me over when it was released roughly a year ago, but that's okay: I'm here to pick it up now.

There's probably a reason the song has garnered nearly 800K plays on SoundCloud. It's catchy, upbeat, slightly cheeky, and certainly worthy of a couple repeats.
