Why do we like this?

Sudie knows her shit; she's studied music theory and opera vocals heavily as a teen. While her vocals are alabaster pristine, the sugar in her voice belies her production skills. The DIY producer is behind all six tracks on her eponymous debut EP. 

The last joint is the latest leak, "Van Morrissey." It's a wandering, rhythmic track about finding yourself before finding love. It's sweet, though for repeated listens it would be nice to hear expansion into other feels. 

My favorite bit is the outro interlude. It sounds like a baby on Xanax and it feels pretty damn wonderful. Here's to hoping Sudie's future is as weird as possible.
