Why do we like this?

I'm pretty sure everyone, and I do mean everyone, was eagerly awaiting the broadcast of the re-imagined Drive soundtrack last night. Personally I was left a little disappointed with the collaboration as a whole, but that did not mean there was nothing to highlight.

I present to you exhibit one, The 1975's "Medicine," a single that is captivatingly beautiful and genuine. It's everything we've come to expect from the fast-rising British quartet, and I'm excited to hear another classically downtempo ballad from these guys.
