Why do we like this?
Taking it back to the retro rocker era, Woods' most recent single is a glorious cover of the classic Kinks track "God's Children," from the 1971 movie Percy.
It must be a hard task to make a song sound even more warm and celestial than the original, but these Brooklyn-based psych rockers have added the perfect summertime spin that even Simon & Garfunkel would be proud of.
This lo-fi, dream pop cover will be featured on the Woods new 7" B-side due to release this summer via Woodsist.
