Why do we like this?
The nostalgic "Medusa" is the first track released from Willie The Kid's upcoming Masterpiece Theatre EP. Although he's been in the game for a number of years, he hasn't ascended from the underground just yet, but with Alchemist now in his corner producing his latest material, it looks like his time has finally come.

There's a very old school New York feel to "Medusa," with nods to the classic soul sampling sound of 90s Wu-Tang and the intricate storytelling of Nas. Joining Willie The Kid are fellow New Yorkers Action Bronson and Roc Marciano, both laying down choice verses over Alchemist's string-heavy beat. It's the kinda tune that makes you wanna get blazed and watch classic kung-fu flicks. Nice one, Willie!
