Why do we like this?

WILOUGH aka. Willow Smith has released a track inspired by the U.S. Presidential elections. With many in the States (and the world) still reeling from Donald Trump’s victory, WILOUGH’s new track, "November 9th," aims to offer some balm.

With lyrics full of hope and optimism (“sadness and anger aren’t everything”) and beautifully understated production, this short track will certainly strike a chord with many.

If you haven’t already, be sure to check out Willow’s many musical releases under the WILOUGH moniker. Much has changed since here buoyantly youthful “Whip My Hair” era - and she has become a mature-beyond-her-years artist, honing her unforgettable brand of stylish, stripped back pop.
