What's so good?

Disco alert! If you like your music served with a side of smooth, then make sure you check out Melbourne duo Back Back Forward Punch (which also get additional points for their name). Laura Boland (vocals) and Andy Liddell (keys/production) have been collaborating for some time now, and have become regulars on the local live music scene.

The duo have kept to their roots -- "born out of a mutual passion for indulgent disco beats and strong, sassy vocals" -- on their latest track "Zero to Disco." Glistening synth waves and sharp percussion lay the platform for Boland's soulful vocals to come to the fore, a combination which delivers on their promise to "bring the dance floor euphoria."

The single has been released along with remixes from Coupons and Dublin Ants, who each provide a unique spin on the track. The remixes can both be downloaded for free on BBFP's SoundCloud.
