OK, this track is getting a blog post all to itself, because it’s simply that good. It has been kicking around for quite some time now, and I actually first acquired it just over halfway through last year.
It wasn’t until I got into a conversation with some Australian friends that they tipped it to me again. I’ve listened to it about a hundred times since then. Hella good.
Bag Raiders have now joined the list of awesome Aussie electro, alongside The Presets, Cut Copy and Midnight Juggernauts. Can’t wait to hear a full length record from them, then we’ll find out if they’re really worthy of getting namechecked against those other heavyweights. – Gigantic Club
