Capital Cities are definitely one of the hottest up-and-coming artists in town. Based out of Los Angeles, they first caught my attention with their mashup of Pink Floyd and Tupac (which is phenomenal).
This time they’re back with some quality original content. “Kangaroo Court” is an upbeat electro-pop track that wreaks of Chromeo (but arguably better, by my personal taste).
