What's so good?

What do you get when a folk singer/songwriter dapples in the electronic music world? The answer is Chords of Truth, a one-man project led by Jason Garriotte. His revamped style is a genre bending mix that deserves a listen.

Jumping from the folk world to the electronic world was a gutsy leap for Chords of Truth, but after collaborating with a number of producers, their new approaches proved appealing enough to release Chord of Truth Remixed, a double album fully equipped with sounds and vibes to escape reality.

Take "Tune Your Mind (Brandowitsch Electropopfolk Remix)" for example. Brandowitsch creates an intergalactic sound while Jason's lyrics leave you pondering about what life is all about. The featured electronics are calculated and smooth, making for a folktronica frenzy from outer space.

If you're feeling this electronically infused remix, I recommend checking out the rest of Chords of Truth's remixed double album. Don't forget to put your headphones on; this is the type of music that makes your brain vibrate.
