What's so good?

I guess it makes sense that Muse will be providing the main track to the London 2012 Olympics, though perhaps one might argue that they stray a little bit in the direction of being "intense." Then again, given some of the imagery the official London Olympics committee plans to use, this isn't that outlandish.

All that aside, one listen to this track and you'll quickly realize that, well...its grandeur is only fitting of the Olympics' opening ceremony.

"Survival" is the first single released by the band since The Resistence, and will make an appearance on their new album The 2nd Law, set to be released in September. Earlier today, Zane Lowe premiered it on BBC1.
