“Sight Of The Sun” is technically a B-side for fun.’s breakthrough album Some Nights, but fortunately gets to see the light thanks to HBO’s Girls.
The compilation soundtrack is set to be released on January 8th, and features the likes of Santigold, Grouplove, Sleigh Bells, FLeet Foxes, and so many more. Have I piqued your interest? Well, fortunately you can pre-order by following this link.
As for the song itself, it’s a pretty enjoyable pop tune that stands in slight contrast to the band’s hit “Some Nights” (that is to say it’s way more toned down). Overall, digging it!
