As I listened through the album, I heard different eccentricities that set Grown Up Avenger Stuff apart from other bands that may attempt this genre. It’s a little bit of alternative, a little bit of rock, and a little bit of indie all rolled into to one. In other words, there’s potential for this album (and band) to appeal to more than one demographic. The vocals and every single instrument are strong and fearless. There’s no slowing this band down and they’re certainly feisty enough to hold their own in this cutthroat music market.
