Mayo

Today, I'm excited to premiere a track by Mayo, a hip-hop artist out of Chicago, produced by the talented Mr. Carmack and featuring vocals from the luscious Sydney Jay.This is the second time I'm reviewing this trio of artists, and it's clear that they are a winning combo. Smooth and sexy, "Ballin" is unquestionably a ballad for all the ladies, clear from the first to last breath out of Mayo. Meandering piano notes and vocals tie together this 90s-sounding track with ease. Mayo flows with sultry baritone notes that seamlessly float over the melody, rounding out the polished nature of this single.Mayo will be playing live in Chicago this April, tickets here.
