Born in Sweden, raised in London, but currently residing in Sydney, Mrs Bishop have a definite global feel to their music. Brothers Oscar and Hugo Bishop have begun to draw plenty of local attention with their obvious talent.
Their first single, “Broken Wing” (the first track from an upcoming EP release), is the definition of angelic. The boys have obvious training, and their vocals hover perfectly throughout, melding sweetly together. They sound like a Nordic version of fellow Sydney-siders Jinja Safari, with their similar, almost magical vibe.
“Broken Wing” is very difficult not to appreciate. After all, music is supposed to make you feel good isn’t it?
