What's so good? By Hugh McClure | Nov 28, 2012 | Total plays: 74,499
I'm a bit slow on this one, but better late than never. Oscar + Martin's 2011 debut LP For You was one of my favorites of the year (although I didn't post about it, don't ask me why), and the duo of Oscar Slorach-Thorn and Martin King were quickly revered as ones to watch over the coming year.
Oscar Key Sung, one-half of the brilliant Melbourne beatmakers, released his own project at the start of this year, and I only recently stumbled upon it. It came in the form of the Tape Voice EP, which can be found on his SoundCloud.
His track "WIMLTM" was made available a few months back. For those familiar with Oscar + Martin, you'll enjoy this track's hiccuping beats and the purring, looped vocal arrangements. It's modern R&B at its very best.
There's not much information available on upcoming news for this talented musician, but I'll be sure to keep up to date with future projects going forward. I promise.
