Parisian songstress Piu Piu‘s “Almighty Sun” first came to my attention in a mix by her compatriot French Fries earlier this year.
Pinboard then brought it back to my attention by posting it a couple of days ago, saying:
“Her native swag dallies like a lazy afternoon spent riding a bicycle aimlessly, with a thatched basket full of happy pills. All of that to a pro-ratchet beat with juxtaposing bursts of Moog’ish bass taking Boogie down south.”
