It looks like this is Psychic Twin’s Indie Shuffle debut! We’re featuring their recently released video for the track “Gonna Get Her,” taken from their Gonna Get Her 7″.
I’m pretty sure I barely blinked while watching this video in its entirety. First of all, the song is a synth-pop gem, and the video is a hypnotic escape into an underground world that Psychic Twin seems to know well. It slithers through your consciousness unapologetically, leaving behind many questions to be answered. This video may very well be up for your own interpretation, but the song is pretty cut and dry — it’s an infectious love song that’s bound to run circles in your head.
Psychic Twin deserve all the recognition they can get. Their grasp on modern day synth-pop is a firm onem and it doesn’t look like they’re going to loosen that grip any time soon.
