Tiedye’s rendition of “I Feel Electric” is among my favorite female-vocalist remixes to have been released in the last few years. Part of a limited 500-vinyl pressing, I can only assume that it’s virtually impossible to get a hold of in the flesh.
The song belongs to California-based duo Rubies, and features Leslie Feist on vocals. At more than 8 minutes long, the song is rambling but mellow, easily allowing the listener to drift in and out of paying attention.
