What's so good?

For any of you who follow my reviews, you'll notice that Sydney-based producer Kilter has popped up a few times over the past year. Well, he's back once again, and this time it's on remix duties for an upcoming release from Australian producer Sam La More.

La More is actually Sam Littlemore, the brother of Nick Littlemore, who you'll you know as one-half of Empire of the Sun and PNAU. Rather than chilling out in his brother's shadow, Sam has developed a pretty strong career on his own, having produced music for the likes of Gwen Stefani and Nelly Furtado.

His new single, "Adrenaline" (which features the vocals of Gary Go from Benni Benassi), is out on May 10, and to celebrate, they've enlisted a slew of DJs to provide remixes before the release. Kilter takes a very club-friendly original and puts his signature Caribbean spin on it. He's done what very few remixers seem to achieve -- keeping the overall vibe of the track similar while adding his own defining touches. Pop along to his SoundCloud now for a free download of the track.

Kilter himself has an original EP scheduled for release in late March. Chances are reasonably high you'll see it reviewed positively here.
