Smallpools

Today was the first time we've heard Smallpools. In fact, it's probably the first time anyone on the internet has. And boy have they made a splash with this new song "Dreaming"!The track was premiered today by Neon Gold, the same label responsible for single releases from folks like Passion Pit, Penguin Prison, Marina & The Diamonds and Sir Sly."Dreaming" is incredibly catchy and upbeat -- in many ways reminiscent of Ghost Beach's song "Miracle." Of course, one can also make easy comparisons to the aforementioned Passion Pit, as well as the super poppy band Fun.Overall, two thumbs up on this one!
