NYC-based DJ duo Solidisco just released a full length stream of “Set Me Free,” the B-side to the recent “One More Chance” (check out the lovely Devin’s review of the A-side here).
It always amazes me that repeating two lines of lyrics can entertain people, but here I am screaming “I need you better / your love can set me free” in my room, dancing harder than I’ve ever dared. “Set Me Free” is not tramping into new or experimental territory as far as dance/house music goes, but it’s executed damn beautifully. I feel a little freer just listening to this track.
