Sure, it’s not best practice for us to have multiple tracks from the same artist in the same day. But when we pulled together today’s Song of the Day, there’s no way we could have expected this track to drop.
It was quite surprising that ‘Reconsider’ only made it onto Coexist in bonus track form, and now this little touching up it’s been given by Jamie xx makes it even better.
The only current version is taken from his recent set in the Boiler Room, so we don’t know if it’ll ever see a release. We’re hoping they’ll release it alongside the Four Tet remix of ‘Angels’ we heard recently.
