In case you were sleeping under a rock, yesterday Thom Yorke released a new album via Bittorrent. The title is Tomorrow's Modern Boxes, and it does indeed live up to its name. Across the course of either track, Thom Yorke spins and weaves a futuristic electronic landscape that serves as the perfect morning listen. Fans of The Eraser will no doubt draw a comparison between this and the last, and it's no surprise. The polyrhythmic approach of tracks such as "Guess Again!" clearly establish what we like about Thom Yorke: he's different.
