I Love You (Ft. Angel Haze)

Sounds like: Thomas Azier, Black Atlass, alt-J
Okay, so last time Angel Haze hopped on a folksy track it totally warped my mind. I'm speaking about Ryan Hemsworth's edit of "Manhattan" by Cat Power, of course. So, naturally when it was revealed to me that she had just tackled Woodkid's moving song "I Love You," I couldn't help but rush to hit play.Fortunately my expectations were met. Angel Haze has added a new element to an already good song, and I think it comes out all the better for it. Granted, that may anger some purists, but hey...I've never claimed to be one :)This revamped version will be featured on The Golden Age) will be released on Woodkid's upcoming EP I Love You (June 17th), alongside remixes from Pharrell and Brodinski.
