Why do we like this?

The latest work in a seemingly endless stream of high-quality music out of France comes from Parisian producer Arminj on his own Godot Lab Records.

His latest EP, Foreign Inspiration, does exactly what it says on the tin, with the Brazilian influenced-track "O Zumbido Doce" a particular highlight, a rich, joyful track which perfectly channels the energy, vibrancy and color of Brazil.

The other side of the record sees Arminj's taking inspiration from Africa to excellent effect. You can get the entire record, either on wax or digitally from Godot Lab's Bandcamp, and make sure to keep up with Arminj via Facebook and Soundcloud.
