Bag Raiders

I fell in love with Bag Raiders a couple years ago, so seeing a brand new single come out of the Aussie duo's camp is clearly going to pique my interest. "Nairobi" is the first track off the band's recently announced EP Nairobi/Savannah, a release set to hold fans over until the duo release an album sometime later this year. The song is chock full of marimbas, percussion and energy. I've seen some complain that it's missing a certain energetic synthy pizazz, but personally -- I disagree. This hits the nail right on the head as far as something new and refreshing. Keep your eyes out for the EP, due to be released July 8th via Modular.
