Why do we like this?

Australian singer/songwriter Bec Sandridge carries certain confidence in her vocals -- vocals which are superlatively backed up with gritty synthesizers, electric guitar, and zealous percussion. The 24-year-old Aussie has a distinctive sound that showcases her passion as the driving force behind her music. 

When you're driven and passionate, the direction you decide to go with your music is fairly unimportant. Bec's grassroots were in folk music, but she threw those old ideals out the window to create something new, fresh, and equally as exciting as her first release.
