Why do we like this?

I'm not sure what more to say in this review besides that I expected Beirut to have a more commercial sound. Like, the guy has almost as many streams on Spotify as China has citizens, or Freddy Mercury has octaves, or the opposite of how many metaphors I have because that's all I got.

Beirut, for everyone acquainted, has an album coming out on the 1st of February next year. It's exciting stuff if "Gallipoli" is anything to go by. But, besides the entire population of China, who knows?
