Big Sleep

Big Sleep’s “Bruiser” caught my attention with its unyielding forward push. The song starts, it drives, it doesn’t let up, and I’m absolutely here for it. From the first moments, there’s a sense of urgency that never really loosens its grip. If I had to pick which of my favorite artists it reminds me of, I’d land on early Bloc Party, and with deep admiration for their work, that’s meant as a clear compliment. “Bruiser” taps into that 'controlled chaos' sound without feeling derivative.
