Bonobo

Okay, the moment I heard this song, I got really excited because I recognized that the instrument being sampled at the start is likely a khaen. Why do I know that? Because Jeremy Ragheb's "Demey" introduced me to it! Bonobo of course breathes life into it in a way that only Bonobo can. "Me and You" builds in stages, all on top of a danceable, stuttering percussion line. It has hints of Jamie xx or Fred agin..., but steers things in a faster, arguably more fun direction. Overall, stoked to have this one in the feed.
