Why do we like this?
Following on from there fab September collaboration, "Heartbreak," Bonobo and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaur return with the B-side, "6000ft." Both tracks serve as the first releases from Bonobo's newly formed label, OUTLIER, which has an emphasis on club music.
"6000ft." is another dreamy dose of feel-good electronica from the British producers. Combining the downtempo world music influences of Bonobo with the electro-house vibes of Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaur, the dup have expertly crafted a late-night club jam that will have you grooving.
Although nothing alike, for some reason this track reminds me of Chemical Brothers driving "Star Guitar." There's something about those pummelling synths...
