Why do we like this?

It's not very often Ireland and house music come up in the same conversation, but Brame and Hamo are changing that. Not only are they producing amazing deep house in Ireland, but they've also created their own imprint, Splendor & Squalour.

First up on the fledgling label is this release, 001, which includes tracks from both Brame and Hamo, as well as a tasty remix from Session Victim.

"Full Custody" stands out to me as a highlight. It's a beautifully melodic classic house tune that sounds just like the fresh, crisp, and earthy air of fall.
