Why do we like this?

I've always thought of Thibaut Berland, aka Breakbot, as the Jesus of electro funk. First, because everything he drops is pure bliss. Then, because there are undeniable physical similarities between the two:

The good news is that the French producer is "Back For More" after three years of unbearable absence. He dropped this track two weeks ago as the first single of an upcoming album, Still Waters (due early 2016 on Ed Banger Records), and I have been itching to share it with you ever since.

The track is a piece of feel-good electronic music. Catchy melody, disco strings arrangement, atmospheric synths, sultry vocals, insanely funky bassline: "the perfect soundtrack for a last barbecue around a swimming pool," Thibaut Berland says.
